What is Dermal filler?

Dermal filler is a synthetic version if hyaluronic acid. Hyaluronic acid also known as hyaluronan is a clear, gooey substance that is naturally produced by your body. Its use is to retain water. Dermal filler is used to manipulate volume and shape to give the client the desired look they are after. Dermal fillers are gradually broken down by the body or can be broken down using Hyalase. Hyalase can also be used in an emergency should this ever be needed.

Does it hurt?

I do use a topical numbing cream before the procedure along with the product itself having lidocaine within itself for extra numbing!

How long does the filler last?

Filler can last anywhere between 6- 18 months depending on the area of the face. Lips tend to last between 6-12 months.

Are the products you use FDA approved?

Yes all products are approved by FDA along with the CE mark.

Do stock an emergency kit?

Yes I do stock an emergency and first aid kit should an emergency arise.
